One of the most common reason is, your order total did not meet our minimum order. Order total must not include any shipping charges, any applicable tax, or any other fees.

Secondly, when you entered the coupon code, make sure there are no space or any other character before or after the code. You must enter it exactly the way it shows on our Promotions page.
