  • If your order status is marked as “Complete,” your tracking number has already been emailed to you. Please check your inbox — and don’t forget to look in your spam or promotions folder just in case.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same day, unless the order is placed on hold.

    Orders that are received after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We are closed on the weekends.

    For first-time customers, our customer service team may call to verify your order and confirm your billing and shipping information. If we’re unable to reach you, your order may be placed on hold or shipped with signature confirmation, at our discretion.

  • We use a few different shipping services, USPS, UPS, and FedEX. An expected delivery time is shown with options at the time of checkout. Please refer to our checkout page for more details. Make sure to enter your shipping details in full to be able to get a better ETA for delivery.
  • The fastest way to correct an order mistake is to call us during normal business hours at 1-888-270-1285. Our team will assist you right away. Please note that if your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

    You can also submit a request using our support form during business hours or on weekends, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours or the next business day.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible via phone at 1-888-270-1285 to avoid any delay.

  • We are terribly sorry to hear that. If your card keeps on declining it could be one of the following reasons:

    1. Please ensure you’re not placing orders from a state where kratom is NOT legal.
    2. Please ensure your credit card number, name, the expiration date of the card, and the CVV code matches what you typed on our website.
    3. If you are using a saved card on our system and getting decline, try selecting a new card option and type in the entire card number with it’s expiration date, and CVV code.
    4. Most likely your bank does not recognize the transaction and have blocked your credit card or may be a duplicate transaction has been detected on your banks end. PLEASE CALL YOUR BANK AND UNBLOCK YOUR CARD. It's usually a safety feature from almost every bank and one of the most common reason for card decline.
  • In most cases, this happens when the coupon code doesn’t meet the required minimum purchase amount. Please visit our Loyalty Rewards page and review the section titled “How to Use Your Points.” If the discount code you generated doesn’t meet the minimum criteria, it will show as invalid at checkout.

    If you believe the code was generated in error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it and restore the points to your account if needed.

  • The easiest and most reliable way to redeem your loyalty points is directly at checkout—no need to generate a code. Simply add your items to the cart, proceed to the checkout page, and scroll down to the “Redeem Points” section. There, a dropdown menu will show you the rewards available for your order.

  • All orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM PST ship out the same day, Monday through Friday. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to weather, technical issues, or misrouting.
